Senior Analyst I - Automation

We are looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automation, with proficiency in Python, VBA, and SQL, as well as practical experience with API calls. While secondary skills in Power Query, Power BI, and dashboard creation are desirable, they are not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions leveraging Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance processes.
• Utilize API calls to integrate systems and optimize workflows.
• Design and manage efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of automation processes and procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and implement tailored automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or errors within automation processes.
• Independently manage Proof of Concept (POC) projects alongside other development tasks.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in automation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automation using Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of APIs and hands-on experience with API calls.
• Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI is a plus but not required.
• Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not a strict requirement.
