Senior Analyst – HR Operations

What this job involves:


  • Collaborating across the talent acquisition team to ensure we are maximizing the Workday ATS capabilities to deliver results, act as system admin for workday recruiting.
  • Accountable and responsible for auditing of Recruitment Data in Workday and Making sure all the candidates are moved from One stage to another in Real time.
  • Responsible for approving and assigning the Requisition ensuring all the necessary fields like Job Description, LBA form, Job profile, salary budget etc.  are mentioned.
  • Liaison with Hiring Managers to ensure correct and complete information is mentioned while raising the Requisition
  • Provide recruitment support for talent acquisition team including drafting offer letters, utilizing and updating the applicant tracking system (Workday, Servicenow).
  • Responsible for generation of offer letters for Pan India on the basis of Statutory Guidelines and Wage structure for different Locations
  • Coordinating with Candidates to ensure they submit all the required compliance documents two week before joining
  • Completing the Hire Process in Workday and ensuring all employee codes are created before actual Date of Joining of candidate and responsible for successfully completing pre-onboarding activities
  • Upload documents in application tracking system.
  • Update candidate’s personal information in workday
  • Reviewing and Validate employee workday data.
  • Notifying PXP/recruiters on document discrepancies and date of joining movement
  • Managing ticketing system as part of shared services
  • Creating Dashboards

Education


You should have a Bachelor degree with high academic Achievement


Skills


  • Excellent Customer service skills using efficient processes
  • Knowledge of Case Management tool an added advantage
  • Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Written and Verbal Communication skill
  • Previous experience with any HR system/platform/technology is preferred
  • Security focus with dealing with sensitive HR data

Experience


2-4 Years of relevant experience in HR Operations or corporate operations Team. Broad Knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their In-dependencies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and Workday will be preferred.

You are somebody who is calm and we can trust to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Clear written and verbal communication skills across a variety of mediums is a must.
