Global Security & Resilience (GS&R) leads enterprise risk management (ERM), physical security, crisis management, business continuity, occupational health and safety, retail asset protection, investigations, geostrategic and legal operations, ensuring we are prepared for our top risks and ready to respond and emerge stronger following potential disruptions. The Analyst, Global Security & Resilience (GS&R), Retail Loss Prevention and Physical Security, will administer retail loss prevention and physical security systems and associated data globally, safeguarding employees, consumers, and assets by supporting teams in identifying physical security and safety hazards, theft, and fraud within retail, office, and supply chain operations.Review store security video, analyze reports on exception-based fraud, collect and present data and insights.Conduct remote loss prevention and safety audits to ensure compliance with company standards.Administer access to enterprise safety, physical security, and retail loss prevention related tools and technology, including office access control and visitor management systems, store, office and distribution centre video management systems, emergency mass notification software (e.g., Everbridge), incident alerting applications (e.g., Factal), and travel risk management platforms.Support GS&R leadership team by collecting and analysing data and preparing scorecards.Document findings and provide detailed reports to management for further action.Analyse exception-based reports to identify patterns of fraud and areas of vulnerability.Support investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and prepare comprehensive reports.Collect and organise data related to loss prevention efforts, fraud trends, and security incidents.Present findings to management using visual aids.Collaborate with security vendors to ensure the effectiveness of security systems and protocols.Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Conduct remote audits of store locations to assess compliance with asset protection procedures.Work with multiple departments, including retail operations, to support developing loss prevention strategies.About You7+ years of total experience with 3+ years of relevant experience supporting physical security or retail loss prevention programmes for a multinational company.Fluency in English.Bachelor’s Degree required.Experience in retail loss prevention or corporate physical security.Proficient in using physical security systems and technology.Knowledge of approaches related to theft and fraud prevention is good to have.Proficiency building and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps) for performance dashboards and data visualisation.LOCATIONBengaluru, IndiaFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
