Senior Analyst, Fraud Product – Pune, India

The Senior Analyst, Fraud Product has a significant role in realizing the vision of the product strategy and ensuring that products and services are developed with the needs of our customers in mind. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with product, design, technology, program, business, regions, marketing, compliance and legal.


Role Responsibilities


  • Hands on experience on defining fraud product requirements and document business and operational processes, audit system changes, support governance and audits and manage fraud operations.
  • Ability to query and analyze data to generate reports, analytics, and recommendations.
  • Proficiency to evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes.
  • To review and audit production change requests.
  • Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions.
  • Interact with various groups around the globe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks.
  • Experience with owning responsibility for the product development lifecycle, working with multi-disciplined teams to understand trade-offs and put value on product alternatives, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Proven experience to build and track performance metrics and make enhancements to existing metrics and reports.
  • Strong experience using agile scrum methodology drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications. 
  • Manage products through the product development lifecycle ensuring that proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Legal, Compliance and Privacy.

Role Requirements


  • 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience using JIRA, queries, story mapping, bulk updates.
  • Good to have experience in writing database SQL/HQL queries.
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply risk management practices in managing technical product development initiatives.
  • Knowledge about fraud risk mitigation is a plus.
  • Hands on with Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies is required, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
  • Efficiency to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.
  • Understanding of complex product environment and dependencies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
