This role requires you toDesign, develop, test, and implement custom solutions using DocuSign CLM to meet business requirements related to contract managementIntegrate DocuSign CLM with other systems, to ensure seamless data flow and process automationCustomize DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, and rules to align with the company's contract management policies and proceduresCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for DocuSign CLM configurations, customizations, and integrationsConduct testing and debugging of DocuSign CLM solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standardsProvide technical leadership in CLM projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and operations, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on contract management processesProvide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of DocuSign CLM solutionsDevelop, report, and monitor quality metrics for processes, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to established standardsTake ownership of end-to-end project management, from idea to delivery, including the preparation and approval of requirement documents, collaboration with solution architects, and ensuring seamless business changeKeep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in contract management, DocuSign & other CLM tools to suggest improvements and optimizationsKey Cultural Fit You are entrepreneurial and thrive in environments with a blank canvas that will allow you to flex your intellectual muscle to contribute to building a strategy from the ground upYou are comfortable with ambiguity and strive to break complex challenges into smaller-sized problemsYou have a passion for emerging tech and trends, and are always on the lookout for “what’s new”You are naturally analytical & are adept at systems thinkingYou work well in high-pressure situations and consistently deliver under tight time constraints while delighting your stakeholdersYou can work across organizational boundaries and hierarchiesWork Experience: This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Contract Management process, who has led & implemented CLM solutions in the past5-8 years of overall experience in leading multinationals is mandatory3+ years of experience in implementing CLM Solutions is desiredUnderstand the complexity of managing a multi-process operation setup. This could be captive or non-captiveSkills: Graduation/Masters in related field from Tier 1 InstituteRequired Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with DocuSign CLM's API and SDK, Project Management & Process AutomationDocuSign CLM Certification will be an add-onProven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team, translating business concepts into implementable requirementsStrong understanding of contract management processes and best practicesExperience with system integration and data migrationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailCompetencies: Ability to operate at both conceptual and working levelsAn eye for detail and an extremely hands-on working styleStrong interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility to think strategically and translate strategy into action plansProven verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork skills and ethical standardsAbility to deliver resultsKey Relationships and Department Overview:Key Relationships Internal – Managers across various departments, Senior Management, Head of Departments in other regional hubs of Puma EnergyExternal – External Consultants
