Senior Analyst - Digital Marketing Analytics

Your Opportunity


  • You will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to define and validate metrics aimed at assessing the effectiveness of digital experiences. This includes analyzing metrics related to website performance, engagement levels, and the outcomes of email campaigns


  • You are responsible to offer ad hoc reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to business partners, focusing on website performance, engagement, and email campaign effectiveness


  • The role involves a strong emphasis on analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize digital marketing strategies


  • Analyze customer, marketing and web behavioral data to derive actionable insights. Design dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to assess campaign and website performance


  •  Recommend & implement improvements, conducting A/B testing for enhanced user experience based on web traffic data and email campaign analytics


  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively sought for collaboration in areas of analytics expertise


  • Provide training & mentorship in domain expertise to team members, business partners, and stakeholders


Who you are


  • You holds a bachelor’s degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical fields) with 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, particularly in life sciences or healthcare


  • You have hands-on proficiency with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. You are familiar with analytics tools, including Omnibug, Adobe Cloud Debugger, Adobe Launch, and Google Optimise


  • You have knowledge in attribution modeling, website performance optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.


  • You have experience in advanced SQL and database topics, such as query optimization and performance tuning and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis


  • You demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for quality and accuracy in analytics and effective communication skills for engaging with Senior Leadership
