Graphic Design Analyst
Business unit: JBS Marketing

Key stakeholders: Pursuits Managers/Directors, Business Development teams, Sales operations

Duties & responsibilities:
What this job involves –
- Work with team to develop themes and brainstorm best visual representation of proposals and presentations
- Working with defined templates as well as creating new templates for graphically impressive proposals & presentations, including placement of images, illustrations and text for greatest impact
- Work on Microsoft Word & Powerpoint, formatting, designing existing and new documents for consistency, using embedded styles or making custom styles; work with tables; importing/inserting tables, pictures and graphics from various programs
- Build vector maps, charts, graphs and other information graphics utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or other appropriate medium, and enhance images or photographs using Adobe Photoshop
- Taking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely services and providing ongoing communication to the team lead, as well as initiative to get the project completed to deadline
- Design customized deliverables per team and stakeholder’s needs, including original graphical elements that visually capture a given message
- Striving to innovate within brand standard guidelines
- Demonstrating real creativity with client branded documents as requested
- Proofing own work and collaborating with the team to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency

- Time management skills- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Client service oriented- Focusing on discovering client’s needs and figuring out on how to best meet them
- Problem-solving- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under tight time constraints, but also not afraid to ask questions and seek input from teammates. Able to prioritize in order to effectively contribute to the department and the needs of the clients
- Strong work ethics- Takes initiative and can self-manage. Resourceful when approaching projects, can navigate through obstacles to bring projects to fruition, and can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Key skills
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, in a professional services firm
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- High attention to detail with consistent high-quality deliverables
- Solid time/project management skills, ability to execute multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Proficient in both print and digital graphic design
- Strong creative vision and visual arts skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Employee specification
- Graduate / Post-Graduate
- Print and digital design/graphics experience from a professional organization
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Indesign , Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateral
