Job Title: Senior Analyst - Data Quality


Career Level - D1


Introduction to role:


We are on the lookout for a seasoned Technical Lead in Data Quality Management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. You will be working closely with data product owners and domain experts to understand data flows, set up initial data quality checks, and enhance existing tools and processes. If you have a strong technical background and the ability to drive continuous improvements in data quality practices, this could be the perfect role for you!


Accountabilities:

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up data quality checks, collaborating with data product owners, conducting routine assessments on data integrity, producing comprehensive reports, resolving potential data issues, monitoring data feeds, and improving Data Quality management systems. You will also provide technical leadership, explore and evaluate available techniques, technologies, and software to enhance the capability and services of different stakeholder teams.


Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Background in data analysis and issue investigation in a complex data and system environment.


  • Good understanding of data quality and data management principles.


  • Proficient with SQL/Databricks.


  • Proactive, analytical, and investigative mindset.


  • Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Customer focus.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with digital, multi-channel, and omni-channel marketing.


  • Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge.


  • Experience using data quality profiling and monitoring tools.


  • Experience of working in a complex global organization.


  • Experience of data partnerships.


  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL/Databricks.


  • Data catalogue solutions e.g., Collibra.
