How will you make an impact in this role?
American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in the Corporate Payments Solutions space and continues to be an exciting and fast-growing business. To maintain success, accelerating sales and driving profitable growth are critical to the organization. The Sales Enablement, Pricing and Transformation (SPT) team is critical in supporting these objectives. Our Incentive Capabilities team is focused on powering GCS growth through the provision of new products which will enable new pricing constructs, enhance client incentive user journey, enhanced visibility & insights to support Sales and Account Development colleagues across the globe.
This position will support the development and implementation of analytical solutions, to provide consultative support to the GCS leadership team. The incumbent will also highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance business decision-making processes, while working very closely with Sales, Marketing, Capabilities, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive growth in the sales organization and contribute in One force setup & reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
·Graduate/Engineering/Masters from a reputed university.
·5 Years of experience Preferred Qualifications
·Good knowledge of big data · Salesforce
·Looking for statistical and operational experience.
·Behavioral Skills/Capabilities
·Good communications and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
·3+ years with relevant experience in Analytical/Modeling Skills with 2+ years in data modeling and MIS
·Graduation/post graduation in Management, Economics/Statistics or related fields from top-tier institutes
·Experience in big data query and analytical tool such as hive, Yellow bricks, MLS
·Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power Bi is preferred.
·Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
·Prior experience of working on SQL & Python
·Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
·Demonstrated ability to work effectively
·Integrate with cross-functional business partners worldwide
·Experience working on Cornerstone, Lumi
·Ability to drive results with strong thought-leadership
·Extensive Exposure of MS tools advance MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, Power Platform including Power BI
