Key Responsibilities: 


  • Query/Analyze Cornerstone, Lumi, NIC, and other data sources to develop innovative self-serve reporting solutions and scorecards for GPS, delivering next to real time actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • On demand ad-hoc analytics/reporting supporting GPS policy, standards, and other business needs.
  • Support platform/report/data migrations as required (e.g., cornerstone to Lumi migration)
  • Ability to provide consultation to stakeholders regarding key data elements for query build, making business connections and refining data as required to meet deliverables.
  • Ability to take end to end accountability and ownership of project; including analysis, build, and delivery or reporting with rigorous data quality checks, meeting aligned SLA.
  • Expand GPS Reporting and monitoring as needed.
  • While these describe the overall responsibilities of the position, additional duties may be assigned 

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Strong project management experience.
  • Strong programming and BI skills with experience in; Big Query/SQL/HIVE, Python, Tableau, NIC and other BI tools.
  • Smart Monitoring experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of the GCAG/GFSG and other standards.
  • Experience in extracting, refining and drawing insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Creative thinker with ability to learn quickly and navigate unstructured, ambiguous situations.
  • Strategic thought leadership with strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams, building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, expertise creating presentations with effective data visualizations, storytelling.
  • High degree of comfort, agility, and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Merchant transaction and demographic Data is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master's or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
