How will you make an impact in this role?

• Apply advanced analytics to support marketing and acquisition strategies, focusing on driving anti-gaming initiatives for the ICS markets.
• Evaluate the impact of different strategies on business outcomes and generate recommendations based on insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan various initiatives.
• Track success of campaign performance, measure effectiveness of targeting strategies and provide analytical support and actionable insights for future campaigns and marketing strategy. 

Minimum Qualifications

• MBA or a master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)
  
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics supporting either risk, marketing, or digital product functions.
  
• Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative methods and business skills to drive business results.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors.
  
• Strong programming skills are preferred. Experience with Big Data programming is a plus
