ABOUT THIS JOB
As an Ad Intel Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Lead with the effective running of the team as well as the identification, monitoring and classification of advertising from a range of media using bespoke monitoring software.
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Should be flexible if needed)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Team Lead with the arrangement of workloads
Ensure full understanding of coding and business rules throughout the team
Identify areas for improvement based on feedback and quality scores
Spend at least 50% of the working week processing data
Using Nielsen applications, identify relevant advertising from a variety of media
Enter key details into the database from adverts for clients to use to improve their own media campaigns and monitor competitor activity
Identify valid new brand records to flag for additional research.
Research problem areas found in the database through daily maintenance procedures to address and resolve discrepancies.
Quickly and accurately identify characteristics from the image like Brand/Advertiser Name, Product Classification, Ad Type, Title Information.
Work as part of a team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met
Work to reach and exceed agreed targets for both productivity and quality to enable the team to meet all SLA agreements
Receive feedback from your line manager or supervisor and act upon it to ensure continuous improvement
Work closely with your peers and communicate on a regular basis to help support each other and ensure everyone is working effectively towards the same goal

PERSONAL SKILLS
High focus on attention to detail
2+ years of experience in a production environment.
Delivery focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent typing skills
Good basic numeracy skills
Good understanding of the Google suite
Fluent in UK English
Demonstrate both strong results focus and sensitive people skills
Be flexible and open to change
Knowledge of UK brands is a plus.
May be required to work weekends as part of a shift rota.
May be required to work some UK Bank Holiday days in line with department shift rotas.
