3) Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, policy briefs, bulletins, and other relevant outlets to disseminate knowledge and advance the field.
4) Engage with policymakers, stakeholders, and other groups to communicate research findings, influence policy decisions, and contribute to evidence-based policy formulation and implementation.
5) Provide mentorship to junior research staff (e.g., research fellows, associates, and assistants) to support their professional development and the overall success of the research team.
6) Disseminate research findings through conferences, workshops, seminars, podcasts, and other communication platforms.
7) Co-author reports, issue briefs, and develop ideas for blogs and outreach submissions based on research.
8) Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and best practices in agricultural policy/economics through continuous learning, networking, and participation in relevant professional activities.
