Could you be the full-time Senior Analyst 2 - Project Controlling in our Global Finance Centre we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the financial health and transparency of our R&D programs by providing key financial data and insights. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Program Managers, Schedulers, Planners), ensure program accounting aligns with company guidelines, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the financial reporting and analyses, but also support the implementation of new methods and tools for program management.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing the controlling and financial reporting of programs in accordance with internal control rules
Organizing program reviews from start to end
Ensuring program consistency with cross-functional teams
Analyzing execution performance and proposing action plans
Supporting the implementation of new methods and tools for program management
Leading and coordinating a team of Work Package Controllers, as needed

A Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (CA/CMA)
Experience or understanding of FP&A/Corporate finance
Knowledge of long-term project accounting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations
