Software Requirements:We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior AI/ML Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in the development and implementation of Olympus AI/ML products, focusing on scalable and impactful solutions.
Overall Responsibilities:- Develop machine learning applications that align with project requirements and business objectives.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance for modeling, including predictive analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Research, test, and implement advanced algorithms to enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and deployment into production environments.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and optimize hyperparameters to improve performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Technical Skills:- AI/ML Experience:
- 3+ years of experience applying AI/ML to practical applications.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Programming Languages:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Data Processing Tools:
- Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and ETL pipelines.
- Big Data Technologies:
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
- Computing:
- Understanding of distributed computing and parallel processing.
- Version Control:
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Design Principles:
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional design principles.
Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and design.
- 3+ years of experience applying AI/ML to practical uses.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Engage in the development of machine learning models and applications.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design functional and process solutions.
- Preprocess and analyze data to ensure its readiness for modeling.
- Experiment with different algorithms and techniques to enhance model performance.
- Maintain documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
