This team specializes in various domains such as Marketing, Sales, Billing, Security, ITSM, Employee experience etc.What you will be doing:As Scrum and Flow Master you work closely with teams and are responsible for building, releasing and operating products (or services) for the business.This role means that you take on significant leadership and coaching responsibilities within the organization. As a Scrum and Flow Master, you have a specialization towards driving teams forwards, from idea inception right through to release.The SM serves the Product Owner in sprint/quarterly planning and sprint reviews ensuring that value is clearly being described and direction set.The SM ensures that every opportunity to improve is made transparent to the scrum/kanban team and the retrospective has a clear set of outcomes that can be executed on.What you bring:8 to 12 years of experience working as a Scrum Master and Flow Master in an Agile-adopting company with Scrum Master Certification.Competent with running Agile ceremonies, e.g. stand- ups, retrospectives, reviews, quarterly planning and PI Planning.Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages, data analytics, Agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Able to build and maintain data reports, using SNOW, JIRA, ADO, Confluence, Power BI, etc.Ability to work in 2 Pm to 11 Pm IST timingsAdded bonus if you have:Holds relevant qualification for profession i.e. PSM I, CSM, Scrum Master, Product Owner.SAFe certificationsExperience or Knowledge of scaling approaches such as SAFe or LeSSWhat we offer you:An exciting opportunity be a part of World’s Leading FinTech Product MNCTo be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on core banking/payments domainA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
