Senior Agile Coach – Product PMO (Prof 4)
Job Location: Forcepoint IIC located in Mumbai, India
Job Description
An Agile Coach is a supporting role within Forcepoint’s Product development organization. Your responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, teaching, group facilitation and process improvement as you assist leaders, individual contributors and teams in the delivery of customer value. You ensure a high level of communication and transparency across teams, leaders and business stakeholders. You proactively identify and escalate impediments, manage risk, and enable continuous improvement. You are considered an expert in scaling Lean and Agile practices, based upon Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You understand the opportunities and challenges associated with developing complex software at a large scale, across multiple teams and multiple geographies. You foster a Lean-Agile mindset and ability to transform by coaching leaders, teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners. You partner with your peer Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers, and cross functional leaders to continuously inspect and adapt our product development lifecycle to achieve optimal flow and predictability.
