Job Summary:As an AEM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based applications. Your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe products will help us enhance user experience and optimize our digital marketing strategies.
Experience:
- 7 to 12 years of experience in AEM development with a strong understanding of Adobe products (MUST).
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch (MUST).
- Familiarity with WebSDK (GOOD to Have).
- Knowledge or experience with Adobe Target (GOOD to Have).
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch for effective tracking and reporting of user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security within AEM applications.
- Assist in the implementation of WebSDK for advanced data collection (awareness of WebSDK is a plus).
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target (experience is advantageous).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AEM and Adobe technologies.
