Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Laxmi Narayan Industrial Estate, Udhna-Pandesara, Surat

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience in financial reporting, and proficiency in handling day-to-day accounting tasks.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  
• Maintain ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports.
  
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per statutory requirements.
  
• Handle invoice processing, billing, and expense management.
  
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  
• Work with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Use accounting software (Tally, Quickbook, or other relevant software) for bookkeeping and report generation.
  
• Support the payroll process and employee reimbursements.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
