This opportunity is with one of the largest and most reputed Chartered Accountancy firms in Surat. Known for its excellence and professionalism, the firm provides a dynamic work environment, extensive learning opportunities, and exposure to various industries.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join this prestigious CA firm. The role involves managing accounting processes, TDS filing, and working on Tally software while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

1. Accounting Entries:
   

   
   
   • Record and manage all purchase, sales, bank, and voucher entries using Tally software.
     

2. Tax Compliance:
   

   
   
   • Handle TDS return preparation and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
     

3. Reporting and Documentation:
   

   
   
   • Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and periodic reports.
     
   • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date documentation of all financial transactions.
     

4. Reconciliation:
   

   
   
   • Conduct periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial data.
     

5. Audit Support:
   

   
   
   • Collaborate with senior accountants and auditors during audits and ensure all required documentation is in place.
     

6. General Accounting Assistance:
   

   
   
   • Support internal teams with accounting-related queries and processes.
     

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  
• Experience: 1-3 years in an accounting role.
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in using Tally software.
    
  • Strong knowledge of purchase, sales, and bank entry processes.
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    

• Age: 18-30 years.
  

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (non-negotiable).
  
• Bonus: Equivalent to 15 days of monthly pay annually, based on performance.
