Job Summary:

The Manager for Dispatch, Accounts, and Inventory at client's place will oversee the day-to-day operations, focusing on efficient dispatch, accurate inventory management, and handling accounting tasks, including income tax returns and audits. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing both inventory and financial operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Dispatch Management:


    • Oversee and manage all dispatch activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods in coordination with the logistics team.
    • Maintain proper documentation and records for dispatch operations.
  2. Accounts Management:


    • Handle all financial operations, including preparing income tax returns and managing audits.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain accurate financial records using Tripta software.
    • Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
  3. Inventory Control:


    • Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy.
    • Oversee inventory transactions and maintain proper inventory records.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
  4. Email Drafting & Correspondence:


    • Draft and manage professional communication through email.
    • Handle correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:


    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in dispatch, accounts, and inventory management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in handling income tax returns and audits.
    • Strong skills in email drafting and professional communication.
    • Experience with Tripta accounting software or similar platforms.
Additional Information:
  • Leave Policy: As per market standards.
  • Bonus Policy: Half-month salary annually.
  • Age Preference: 18-30 years.
  • Gender Preference: Male.
  • Industry Experience: Not mandatory.
Work Schedule:

Open on Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM till 31st March 2025. From 1st April 2025, the office will be open on alternate Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
