Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹38,000 per month

We are a well-established bakery business with a strong presence across South Gujarat, operating over 86 outlets. Known for our quality and innovation, we are committed to delivering the finest bakery products to our customers. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team at our Bhatpore GIDC location in Surat.

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the company's financial activities. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient handling of all accounting operations to support our growing business.

• Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and manage payables and receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
  
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with store and supply chain teams to manage inventory-related financial processes.
  
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
  
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Audit Preparation: Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain efficient and effective processes.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations.
  
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
