The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with expertise in accounting, taxation, and team coordination, along with strong English communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage complete accounting operations.Perform GST, TDS calculations, and entries.Handle bank reconciliations and taxation processes.Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.Oversee monthly billing, tender documentation, and member coordination.Follow up on payments from members.Draft professional emails and communicate effectively over the phone (in English).Required Skills:Proficiency inMCS Accounting Software.Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Expertise in email drafting and documentation.Excellent data management and organizational abilities.Job Details:Work Hours:Full-time (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).Education:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).Preferred:Master’s degree in a relevant field.English Medium Education is Mandatory.Experience:Minimum5-6 yearsof accounting experience.At least2-3 yearsas a Senior Accountant.Compensation & Benefits:Bonus:Equivalent to 1 month’s pay annually.Leave Policy:15 days paid leave per year, eligible for encashment.Appraisals:Conducted annually (new joinees eligible after 9 months).Retention Benefit:10% of salary retained for 20 months, repayable after 24 months.Provident Fund (PF):Deductible if salary is below ₹15,000.Employee State Insurance (ESI):Deductible if salary is below ₹22,000.Professional Tax:₹200 per month for all employees.Eligibility Criteria:Gender:male candidates only.Education:Must have completed studies in English medium.Location:Must be based in Surat.Why Join Us?This role offers a rewarding career in a dynamic and essential industry.
