Autodesk is looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to increase growth in Government vertical within targeted account segment, driving influence, revenue, executive engagement, long term customer relationships, awareness and adoption of Autodesk software and services. You will focus on developing audience-centric marketing strategies, driving product and industry marketing initiatives and creating compelling marketing programs to create demand and drive revenue goals. You will have interaction and integration with the account sales team and their customers to help position Autodesk as a strategic partner, promote understanding, visibility, engagement, and our customers' business forward. You will report to Senior ABM manager based out of India


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools, and customer programs.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support the business.
  • Partner with broader organization of account-based marketers to agree on programmatic campaigns which apply to public sector/Government accounts.
  • Plan out account-based marketing plans with clear growth, executive engagement, pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Identify and participate in Industry Events to drive Reputation, Revenue and build relationships with Senior Govt. Officials
  • Develop and implement field marketing programs, webinars, events by working content marketing, industry strategy, technical sales and sales to pursue marketing projects following regional business strategy
  • Identify and work with Important Industry Associations that can help improve in Public Sector
  • Nurture contacts within the prioritized accounts and engage that audience with innovative, unexpected and intentional marketing to lead account opportunities.
  • Identify and nurture buyer committee in the accounts
  • Foster peer-to-peer interaction in our customers within their industry and across industries to allow customers to share best practices.
  • Develop new and use existing programs, tools and assets designed to showcase Autodesk as a strategic partner to help the customer to get the most value out of our solutions, relationship and services.
  • Execute your programs including planning, logistics, budget, list management, follow up and reporting.
  • Measure the success of your account-based marketing programs from a contact, pipeline and marketing investment perspective.
  • Navigate the Autodesk organization and leverage professional networks to identify internal and external resources, partners, and programs that support account goals.
  • Be the 'voice' of the account teams and their customers to the larger Autodesk organization to ensure that their needs are considered as programs and tools are developed and put into place.
  • You will work in Hybrid work environment.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 10 plus years in B2B enterprise software
  • Master's degree in management (preferred)
  • Experience to provide strategic and consultative input to sales team.
  • Experience originating fresh new ideas in an account-based marketing capacity to support sales goals, validating those ideas with important partners and carrying them through to execution.
  • Direct customer-facing experience in account-based, field marketing or solution sales role
  • Executive engagement and event management experience
  • Experience using salesforce.com, marketo, Allocadia and other marketing tools (preferred)
  • Ability to travel - up to 30% during peak times.

The Ideal Candidate


  • You're an innovator. You understand account-based sales and your accounts inside out, can propose and execute new approaches and programs to move account plans forward.
  • You have experience devising marketing strategies and executing programs in Public Sector (Central and State Govt)
  • You're strategic and tactical. You provide input to account plan strategy to ensure marketing is relevant and leveraged. You add value to the sales process, to implement tactical programs.
  • You enjoy being part of a team. To drive your own intentional account-based efforts, you create and use relationships and contacts internally to extend programs to customers.
  • Not only can you create, propose, and sell your program ideas, you are known for driving alignment with sales and executing upon programs, assets and agreed deliverables.
  • You're an extension of the sales team. You're a marketer with a customer-focused and business development orientation. You are comfortable in front of all levels of customers, often serving as the 'face' of marketing to the customer.
  • You have to interface with internal and external executives.
  • You have experience running events, working with partners to drive key engagements in Public Sector
  • You have experience driving CXO/Executive Connect Programs.
