Job DescriptionPurpose of the roleTo develop, implement and maintain solutions that support the safeguarding of the banks systems and sensitive information. AccountabilitiesProvision of subject matter expertise on security systems and engineering patterns.Development and implementation of protocols, algorithms, and software applications to protect sensitive data and systems.Management and protection of secrets, ensuring that they are securely generated, stored, and used.Execution of audits to monitor, identify and assess vulnerabilities in the banks infrastructure/software and support the response to potential security breaches.Identification of advancements in to support the innovation and adoption of new cryptographic technologies and techniques.Collaboration across the bank, including developers and security teams, to ensure that cryptographic solutions align with business objectives, security policies and regulatory requirements.Development/ Implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions and systems.Assistant Vice President ExpectationsTo advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. You'll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unapparelled customer experiences.You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with AWS platform, as well as job-specific skillsets.To be successful as a "Security Engineer", you should have experience with:Basic/ Essential Qualifications:Career proven history of supporting and being in lead roles of security services at enterprise scale.Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management tools, such as, Prisma, Wiz, Sysdig, Caido, or similar industry standard tools Experience in AWS platform and its features including IAM, EC2, EBS, S3, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, AWS Configuration, Auto scaling, SQS, SNS, Service Catalog and Secrets ManagerProficiency in using GitLab/Jenkins for creating CI/CD Pipeline to automate the build, testing and deployment processes.Understanding and writing code is crucial . Proficiency in Python/Ruby, Bash / PowerShell Scripting is essential for automation and integration tasksProficiency in using Git for version control.Experience Integrating CSPM tools with DevOps practices and tools to ensure continuous integrations and compliance.Understanding of governance in a large financial environment, particularly around Change Management, Risk Management, handling major and minor incidents, Disaster Recovery planning / testing and meeting requirements of rigorous Audit mandates.Openness to learning and managing additional Information Security technologies as business requirements changeDesirable skillsets/ good to have:Exposure to multiple Cloud technologies such as Azure and SaaS based security solutions.Experience in translating HLD, LLD into AWZ Landing Zone infra build requirements.Experience in implementation of 'server less' architecture using API Gateway, Lambda by deploying Lambda code from Amazon S3 buckets.Experience in developing Cloudformation template for deployment of infrastructure in AWS CloudExperience in managing Cloud Infrastructure(IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) across cloud provider such as Azure, GoogleThis role will be based out of Pune.
