Job Summary：
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Access Configuration Manager to support our Next Generation HR Technology Roadmap and our upcoming Workday program. This position will be responsible for overseeing the security access framework, protocols within our organization's Workday system, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information while driving the right views for our employees. The Security and Access Configuration Manager will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and compliant but next generational employee experience across our personas.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage security access controls within the Workday program, ensuring the protection of confidential information and system integrity.
- Partner with the Security Access Leader and cross-functional teams to define and document user roles, permissions, and access levels in the Workday system.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and business process related to access control in the Workday environment.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze access logs, investigating any potential security breaches or violations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, emerging threats, and mitigation techniques related to the Workday program.Leverage our system implementer to build expertise and drive right global design.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to other teams on access control-related matters in the Workday system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate security access controls within the overall organizational framework.
- Leverage available tools and reporting capabilities to monitor access control effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with internal and external auditors during security assessments and assist in implementing recommended controls.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Any experience in security access configuration management, preferably within the Workday program is a plus.
- Proven experience working on enterprise programs or solutions.
- Understanding of access control principles, authentication mechanisms, and data protection is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work across diverse stakeholders and matrix teams
- Knowledge of Workday security features, roles, user provisioning, and best practices is highly desirable.
- Any experience holding a key operations role is plus
