SDS IT Delivery Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs & projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• This role will be are accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT Solutions of BGSW SDS customers, according to SDLC, Agile, ITIL, and Security best practices. This includes successful organizational design, hiring & managing talent, performance and compensation management, training & developing team capabilities and growing individual skillsets.
• Prior experience in any IT delivery role in Custom Applications Development, IoT, Verification & Validation and Cloud, Infrastructure topics. Experience in Microsoft/Opensource technologies, Cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS) is preferred.
• Oversee IT budget for staff FTEs, contractors & consulting services, hardware & software life cycle, professional services, digital & data strategies, and strategic project change budget.
• Engage, manage & enhance partnerships with IT service providers.
• Track and control metrics, measures, and proactive alerts around system capability, utilization, capacity, budget spending, service level agreements, etc. to ensure a well-oiled machine in IT processes and service delivery.
• Facilitate new customer acquisition & account mining for the portfolio growth.   
• Drive innovation initiatives to generate assets like Patents/Accelerators/Solutions
• In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing team members. The incumbent will empower the team by providing your experiences, enthusiasm, and leadership.

• 15-18 yrs of Service delivery experience 
• Should have anchored enterprise technology customers 
• Should have worked with global customers (preferably in Automotive / Mfg domains)
• Should have a cross-domain industry knowledge
• AI / Gen AI experience will be good to have
• University degree in Engg/IT or post-graduation
