Scrum Master - Emerging Lead

Roles and Responsibilities     

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings - daily standups.
• Lead sprint pre planning and Sprint planning meetings
• Supporting product owner in product backlog refinement
• Monitoring Jira activities and Confluence updating
• Conduct “retrospective” reviews to see what went well and what can be improved for the following sprint

• Manage obstacles that arise for the team by communicating with stakeholders outside of the team
• Managing change request , Tollgate and maintain Tracker.
• Monitoring Velocity and leading DEMO calls

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+Year experience in scrum mater role.
• Experience in BSFI domain preferred.
