Scrum Master / Assistant Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology teams to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts, delivering the business vision.
• Understand business requirements and interact with SMEs at various stages of development.
• Identify improvement for release management process, release schedule and plan.
• The ability to cut through unnecessary work and focus only on essentials and follow lean thinking.
• Proven skills in Project management, with the ability to guide and coordinate diverse teams and external partners. Manage project files, records, distribute project reports, track project progress and report to internal stakeholders.
• Experience in different sectors including software, hardware, networking systems. Obtain approvals and assist in resolving issues under project lifetime
• Proficient in data mining, validating, data extraction with excellent communication skill both written and verbal.

Qualification/Skills :

• Conduct regular Check ins with all team members to provide performance feedback
• Create and maintain team metrics to monitor and measure team performance (eg: Velocity burndown CFD's cycle time etc)
• Coach the team and product owner and business stakeholders on agile practices and processes (eg. Methodology, acceptance criteria, user stories, estimations etc)
• Effectively use a variety of collaboration tools (eg. Mural, Miro, Teams, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, etc) to stimulate transparency and collaboration.
• Involve in Continuous improvement and team coordination and demonstrate conflict resolution skills to effectively facilitate the team business stakeholders and project delivery.
• Promote continuous knowledge management, practise retrospective formats, handling bugs, backlog prioritization, etc.
• Ability to lead Grooming, planning, Review and retrospective meetings.
• Engage with cross functional teams, including quality , engineering, supply chain and software to ensure alignment of requirement.

Atlassian JIRA or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Burndown chart, Gantt Chart, etc
