Position Overview
Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) business segments provide a strong suite of Integration products that its customers have been successfully using for several years. These products provide integration within DISW portfolio and between DISW portfolio and selected non-DISW Strategic Adjacent systems. As part of DISW transition to the Cloud & SaaS, these integrations are also transitioning and being enabled to operate in Cloud & Hybrid mode for our customers.
This is one of the key focus areas for Siemens Xcelerator Data Hub program, through a Cloudification Governance model. We are looking for experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic technical team member to be part of this critical program
As a high-performing member of the team, you will act as the scrum master for agile team(s) and make sure that the team delivers high quality projects.
Responsibilities The Scrum Master will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the project deliverables related to cloud environments, which various teams will use to transition their integration products to operate in Cloud and hybrid mode.
Your key responsibilities will be
Focal technical contact for Data Hub Scrum team(s), that will instantiate and configure environments on AWS, Azure & Kubernetes
Work with cross-functional teams of architects and product experts
Plan, track, report and control the project progress, interfacing with stakeholders at various levels.
Perform scrum rituals - planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospective etc.
Address impediments and conduct corrective actions in collaboration with the Platform teams
Proactive contribution to the team to ensure deliverables are completed successfully and with high quality and on time
Support scoping, planning & and execution of proofs-of-concept as required
Follow SAFe (scaled agile framework methodology)

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Engineering, or other supplemented with real world programming experience
Software Development and/or Services implementation – 10+ years
Web/Cloud Development Experience – 3+ years
Experience in providing active Technical Leadership & guidance – 3+ years
Agile Process Experience – 2+ years
Strong knowledge and experience with project management methods, techniques and tools.
Must possess excellent communication, presentation, moderation and negotiation skills.
Should be assertive, open and proactive in collaborating across organizations.
Should be people-oriented and demonstrate motivational / inspirational skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 3+ years’ experience of working in a global R&D environment
3+ years’ experience in collaboration with near- and off-shoring organizations
Experience in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes knowledge will be added advantage
Understanding of core AWS/Azure services, uses, and basic architecture best practices
Proficiency in developing and deploying cloud-based solutions leveraging at-least one of the hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, others), Containerization, DevOps
