Scrum Master : Minimum 4 years of experience using Agile methods and experience executing the projects with at least two Agile methodologies
Sound knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle
Knowledge on tools like JIRA, Confluence and / or any other Agile tools
Helps the organization throughout its transformation
Strong client-facing presentation, facilitation and communication skills
Should be a good team player
Expertise in agile practices in the areas of Requirements, Estimation, Planning
Ability to convey principles, practices and the details of performing these practices effectively in an agile environment
Ensures the team is doing good Agile in each phase of the project by observing, consulting and providing feedback
Knowledge of Agile engineering practices
Ability to analyse data from Agile projects and make presentations to different levels of stakeholders
Ability to innovate and leverage newer ideas for customer benefits
Knowledge in Kanban is preferred
Knowledge in Scaling Framework is preferred
Self-sufficient, versatile, passionate and dynamic Regularly assesses Agile maturity and points out improvement opportunities
Should be willing to work in organizational transversal activities related to Agile Certification: Professional Scrum Master(PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, KMP1 would be an added advantage
