Job Title: School Counselor/ Academic Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate School Counselor to support students' emotional, social, and academic well-being. The counselor will provide guidance, counseling, and intervention strategies to help students navigate challenges and succeed in their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling for students facing personal or academic difficulties.
Assist with emotional well-being, stress management, and peer relationships.
Support students in career guidance and personal development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Deal with Academic things like Syllabus planning, register maintaining etc.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience in student counseling and behavioral support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Priority : Female Candidates (otherwise anyone can apply)
BenefitsSalary will be 25000-30000
