Could you be the full-time S&A Engineer in our dynamic team based in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the design of train electrical architecture and ensure the specification of electrical apparatus aligns with our project requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, System Engineers, Performance Teams, etc.), manage the configuration of deliverables, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of producing principle scheme PPS and project apparatus specifications, but also engage in continuous improvement and Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects.
We’ll look to you for:
Delivering high-quality electrical case products and electrical deliverables on time
Ensuring first-time quality rates exceed 90%
Adhering to standard Preferred Parts Lists (PPL) 100% of the time
Effectively managing sub-contracting inputs and outputs
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project needs
Applying RoE to enhance processes and deliverables

An Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Min 5 years exp
Experience or understanding of electrical CAD and electrotechnical engineering
Knowledge of train systems and railway industry (desirable)
Familiarity with multi-site and matrix organization structures
A resilient mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills in English and the national language of the site
Ability to propose improvements to processes and deliverables
