Could you be the full-time SC2 Material Planner in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?



Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside resourceful and collaborative teammates.


You'll streamline the materials planning processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planners, Site Buyers, Key Users & Regional Business Process Experts), manage ERP tools with Materials Management Modules, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of creating Material Planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicating delivery requirements to suppliers, but also coordinate with internal and external networks to execute tasks within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


We’ll look to you for:


  • Executing materials planning processes within the Supply Chain Solutions Centre (SC2)


  • Ensuring accurate information is available in the system for Site Material Planner reference


  • Coordinating with internal and external networks to meet SLAs


  • Acting as a representative of the site when interacting with suppliers


  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to manage supplier relationships


  • Employing your hands-on experience in ERP tools for effective materials management

  • An academic diploma in any subject


  • Experience or understanding of supply chain processes & tools


  • Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning & the ability to extract MIS from a Supply Chain Information System


  • Familiarity with tools like MS Excel & BI


  • A certification in supply chain management is advantageous


  • Fluency in English


  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
