Experience – 5+ Years

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager (Solman)
• SAP Basis Administration: Strong experience with Upgrade, Release, and ChaRM (Change Request Management) Administration.
• SAP Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Upgrade Management: Proficient in managing SAP upgrades.
• Transport Management System (TMS): Expertise in TMS with ChaRM methodologies.
• ChaRM Administration & Configuration: Hands-on experience in ChaRM administration and configuration.
• SAP Release Management: Solid knowledge of SAP Release Management processes.
• SAP CLOUD ALM Technologies: Knowledge of SAP CLOUD ALM technologies will be an added advantage.
• S/4HANA SAP RISE: Familiarity with SAP RISE technologies in S/4HANA.

Soft Skills:

• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments.
• Communication: Strong English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Self-Learner: Ability to learn independently and adapt to new challenges.
• Team Player: Capable of working effectively within a team.
