Job Description:


  • Must have the ability to align business objectives with the technical capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This includes re-imagining business processes and reconfiguring them to leverage standard SAP best practices, with minimal customization. Strong knowledge of industry templates, and business process intelligence is important to enable accelerated transformation for clients.
  • Needs to leverage the business process intelligence tools included in RISE with SAP to assess, redesign, and optimize the client’s processes. This involves aligning the organization’s current workflows with SAP’s intelligent business process models.
  • Understanding of SAP Signavio for process mining and optimization is essential for identifying improvement areas and building roadmaps for change.
  • Ability to design solutions that flexibly adapt to changing business requirements. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition, and the Public Cloud deployment models is necessary to determine the best fit for the customer’s transformation journey.
  • Must focus on simplifying the customer’s IT landscape by reducing the complexity of legacy systems and consolidating disparate processes into the RISE with SAP environment. Should guide clients to move from customization-heavy environments to standardized solutions with minimal technical debt.
  • Expertise in SAP Fiori UX and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) capabilities is crucial for enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Needs to help clients build business cases and demonstrate the long-term cost savings and business value by transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Cloud via RISE with SAP.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to navigate client needs, expectations, and transformation challenges.
  • Work closely with technical architects, developers, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical solutions. Provide leadership across all functional areas of SAP (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.)
  • Establish and enforce best practices for SAP functional processes, ensuring solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations. Guide the CoE in maintaining consistent methodologies and templates.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations and industry trends. Proactively propose enhancements and new functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of DXC solution for RISE for customers business processes, configurations, and solution designs. Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients, providing training as needed.
