Job Family Definition:

Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies. Typical customers are company end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

• Excellent hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA system testing
• Good understanding of the various SD modules (SD, PP, MM, QM) and specializing in Order Management
• Have experience in various End to End Processes within S4 HANA
• Have experience in various End To End Testing with upstream and downstream systems connected to S4
• Experience with Manual Testing Lifecycle/ Bug Lifecycle/ Test Case Templates
• Be able to work independently with the documentation of the test scenarios, relevant test steps, executing the test cases and reporting
• Root Cause Analysis of the issues reported during the testing phase and provide resolutions
• Navigate thru the SAP system to identify the relevant test data as per the business process requirements and help the testing team
• Be able to manage a small team of testers specific for SD processes and help them with all the related queries.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 5 or more years of experience with Manual Testing Lifecycle in SAP.
• Excellent knowledge on SAP SD processes and can lead a small team in terms of functional help/ test data help/ issues reported during the testing phase.
• Able to write the test cases, and also execute them during each release cycle.
• Be able to provide quick issue resolution and test data help during critical release testing timelines.
• Experience of multiple full release cycles.
• Understand the business requirements and document the relevant test scenarios.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
