DESIGNATION: SAP Management Consultant - Aerospace and Defence
LOCATION: Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years
COMPETITIVE SALARY: 25-30 LPA
Lead SAP Functional Architect: Design and implement solutions for SAP S4 HANA, focusing on the aerospace and defense sector.
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, scope solutions, and develop a roadmap aligned with their strategic goals.
Project Delivery: Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions. Work on large-scale transformation projects, from value assessments to business case creation.
Solution Development: Develop innovative SAP solutions and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Integration Management: Work with different ERP solutions, including SAP, to ensure seamless integration across business systems.
Business Development: Support sales teams in proposal generation, shaping SAP transformation projects for key clients.
Educational Background: MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
SAP Experience: 2-15 years of experience with SAP S4 HANA, focusing on SAP delivery engagements.
Industry Experience: Experience in aerospace and defence sectors is highly desirable.
Transformation Programs: Previous involvement in at least 2-3 large-scale transformation and implementation programs.
Leadership: Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect on at least 4-5 Request for Proposal (RFP) projects.
Client Engagement: Strong client-facing experience with 2-3 successful engagements.
Project Management: Ability to lead projects independently, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
