Job Description
  1. Project planning and mapping requirements of clients as well as different stakeholders, vendors, partners, service providers, sub-contractors
  2. Manages client engagements and relationships
  3. Assist technical teams in requirements gathering and documentation
  4. Provides resource management to ensure effective utilization and client satisfaction
  5. Develops and maintains project plans for managing scope, schedule, resource needs, staffing and detailed work breakdown structure
  6. Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking resolution and escalation to ensure project completion
  7. Provides direction and sets priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day program issues
  8. Defines and leads the implementation of consistent technical processes for systems implementations, maintenance, and support
  9. Responsible for the overall implementation of the project according to the scope;
  10. Effectively engage and manage the vendors/partners to deliver planned services
  11. Assess and apply the right project management methodologies, including Agile practices, to ensure project success
  12. Proficiency on delivering SAP projects with SAP Activate Methodology using Agile Sprints and report the project progress via sprints
  13. Should understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges
  14. Proficient in client requirements elicitation , investigating underlying causes and identifies short term or long term solutions
  15. Automotive indusTRY sap PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  16. Proficiency in entire lifecycle of SAP systems encompassing setup, configuration, testing, maintenance and support of SAP landscapes
  17. Experience in managing medium to large projects or programs as per the quality standards, right from scoping, preparation of functional specifications till roll-outs
  18. Proficiency in functionality and business process of service management and providing acceptable level of support to users in coordination with vendors
  19. Insightful knowledge of business process analysis (As-Is, To-Be) and design, process optimization, cost control & revenue maximization from SAP system solutions using cutting edge technologies
  20. Lead with demonstrated abilities in training & motivating large teams
  21. Experience in managing global enterprise projects
  22. Experience in managing program finances independently
  23. Pro-active, self-driven, forward looking, collaborative, good analytical and problem solving skills, extremely good communication and negotiation skills and who can interface across a spectrum of stakeholders
