RESPONSIBILITIES
Through knowledge and experience with replication and integration of Successfactors Employee Central BIB
Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge in Successfactors, including SF EC, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation, Variable Pay, and PMGM
Expertise in SAP HCM payroll for India, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico, in conjunction with ECP
Thorough and in-depth understanding of SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration
In-depth knowledge of the Payroll Control Center
Previous experience and proficiency with ESS/MSS Architecture and configuration.
Strong technical skills with SAP UI5 and Fiori
Strong technical skills with SOA Manager and CPI integration
Excellent leadership and communication skills in managing multi-country clients with a focus on supporting tactical and strategic initiatives..
Ability to present design and architecture solutions to leadership in an easy to understand manner.
Thorough knowledge and familiarity with the SOLMAN CHARM process
Through knowledge and configuration skills associated with SAP Enterprise Portal and Fiori Launchpad
Knowledge of RBP and the SAP ECC/Gateway system authorization process
Excellent custom Fiori development skills using WEB IDE
In-depth knowledge and experience with implementing HR Support Packs, stack upgrades, and year-end activities for multiple countries and their legal requirements
