SAP Functional Plant Maintenance Analyst

IFF is a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences. We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our IT department as SAP Plant Maintenance(PM) Analyst.
Your Focus:
As a SAP PM analyst based in Hyderabad, you will take ownership of projects and services related to the SAP PM module and external applications linked to the maintenance processes at our different production facilities.
You will need to interact with different vendors and service providers to ensure business requirements and SLAs are being met.
The role reports to Manufacturing Solution Owner (Belgium).

How will you contribute:

• Configure SAP PM and MRO (Maintenance Materials) objects.
• Working Knowledge in SAP PM Master Data Elements. Also, MM (MRO) master data elements (material master, mrp, valuation class, mrp controller, etc.)
• Understand structure of Class and Catalog Profiles.
• Working Knowledge and experienced in Master Data loads including able to create and use LSMW.
• Hands on experience in SAP query building and SAP user roles.
• Understanding of costing flow and structure (Cost Center, Cost Elem, Activity Types, Rates, etc.).
• Understand Work Management Process (Maintenance Workflow).
• Knowledge of settlement batch jobs.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Plans Batch jobs.

What will you need to be successful:

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance role.
• Preferred experience in S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of supporting applications and interdependencies with other SAP modules.
• Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally.
• Fluency in English is a must; command in other languages is a plus.
