What you will do:
Drive solutions focused on SAP RAR process and related integrations.
Drive solutions focused on Asset accounting and related integration with other SAP modules
Drives solutions focused on Intercompany Accounting
Responsible for the delivery of capabilities across the SAP S/4 Finance application platform including other Finance integrating systems and end to end solutions with PayMetric, Vertex, SWIFT, Spend Management applications.
Must understand FSCM, Cash application and treasury.
Functional Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within a Shared Service Platform/application stack
Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies.
Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing global standards with the business needs and processes
Work with other IS teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions
Manages and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.
Lead/champion new generation of technologies in the Finance applications arena
Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
Special projects/assignments as required.
What you need:
Education & special trainings:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer science, Engineering or equivalent field of study required.
Master's degree in MIS, MBA or related disciplines preferred
Professional qualification CA, ICWA, ACCA or related preferred
Educational certifications in Accounting and Finance domains preferred
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience required
Experience in leading teams of resources for projects, minimum 3 years
Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts – strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning.
Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile implementation methodology is preferred
Ability to analyze business situations
Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications
Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization
Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents).
