We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes, SAP Finance (FI) modules, and integration with other business functions. Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is a strong advantage. The consultant will be key in implementing, supporting, and optimizing finance solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities
Configure, implement and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Work with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for contract-based revenue recognition, IFRS 15 compliance, and revenue postings.
Assist in the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including data migration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Controlling (CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Treasury (TRM), to ensure seamless integration.
Support end-to-end finance and revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users.
Document functional specifications, configurations, and end-user training materials.
Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI).
Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
Exposure to SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and its integration with FI-GL.
Understanding of IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
Hands-on experience with data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs) and SAP Fiori Apps related to finance.
Cross-functional knowledge in Controlling (CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
Experience in financial reporting and compliance within SAP.
Nice to have exposure to SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.
Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is desirable.
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Embedded Analytics is preferred.
Basic ABAP debugging for issue resolution is desirable.
Nice to have an understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile project management principles.
