About the role


As an Application Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the application end-to-end in collaboration with your team. This will include designing, creating functional requirements, testing, and configuring the SAP solution. You will work with a highly competent team on H&M Group’s advanced SAP platform, serving users worldwide. You will have the opportunity to participate in both global rollouts of the template solution and strategic maintenance over time, offering numerous learning and development opportunities. You will also be involved in various initiatives for improvements and innovations. We strive for compliance, quality, and efficiency in all our financial and logistics processes and solutions.


About the team


You will be part of a cross-functional team working with the SAP Purchase to Pay product. The team consists of more than 20 members, including business experts, application experts, developers, and testers, focusing on both logistics and finance. Together, we strive for world-class financial supply chain solutions to ensure global compliance for stakeholders and customers


Responsibilities


You will enable business development by your system- and business knowledge, where you propose and design high level changes for future solutions and participate and guide in questions regarding design of roll-out or other projects to secure the global template. In addition, you will


  • Analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
  • Configure and/or write functional and technical specifications to develop new functionality
  • Test, support and maintain your product within SAP Purchase to Pay.

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience within SAP Finance, including participation in 2 global rollout initiatives and 2 development projects, primarily focusing on integration with Logistics (MM).
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, requirement/gap analysis, creation of functional specifications, user training & documentation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP FI-MM integration.
  • Knowledge of the SAP Inbound Flow Process, Warehouse Stock Valuation, and Inventory Management from a finance perspective.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing pricing procedures.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles

Additional beneficial competences:


  • Knowledge in the areas of ABAP & integrations is beneficial.
  • Experience within Agile ways of working is of great use.
  • Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented.

This is a full-time position, starting in June 2024.
