Job Description:
Client facing leader to manage SAP support and project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop and implement SAP delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
Ensure alignment between SAP solutions and business needs.
Oversee cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, engineers, analysts, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in SAP delivery processes and service levels.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within IT teams.
Experienced in leading people and large teams and collaborating internally (across non-SAP technologies) to drive client outcomes.
Selected candidate to be based in Bangalore, India.
