Extensive experience in Services Cloud with excellent understanding of the systems’ standard features and capabilities.
- Extensive experience with administrator works of scope – Scoping, Configurations, Page layout, web service message monitoring and troubleshooting, ID mapping, code list restriction, data workbench, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of reports and dashboard functionalities.
- Technical competence in C4Hana integration concepts (communication systems, arrangement).
- Excellent understanding of underlying technology and integration of C4Hana with SAP ECC systems, PI/XI/CPI and other IT systems.
- Ability to lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and produce relevant use cases.
- Ability to analyze relevant business processes, identify gaps between processes and existing solutions and opportunities for process improvements.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
B.E./B.Tech, M.B.A. Preferred
