Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, and will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP Supply Chain and Financials solutions across our organization. This role involves working closely with various business units, understanding their needs, and translating these into functional specifications that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and define requirements.
Document functional requirements, specifications, and business process flows.
SAP Implementation & Support:
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation projects, particularly S/4HANA.
Provide ongoing support for existing SAP solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Process Improvement:
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Propose and implement SAP-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Training & Documentation:
Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, configurations, and user manuals.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the liaison between the business units and the IT/SAP teams.
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and technical specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in the [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics].
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other advanced SAP tools.
Knowledge of compliance requirements such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
