Description:


As an expert on SAP rights, roles and authorizations, the candidate should be able to design and


maintain a set of authorizations on SAP systems. It means a good understanding (and experience) of


business needs and translation to SAP rules and constraints. All SAP technologies will be addressed,


mainly ABAP, S/4 Hana, Fiori, ECC6.


In addition, the candidate will be part of a team aiming to automate as much as possible the roles


assignment and validation process definition of the process, management of the associated catalog and tooling maintenance.


The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Graduate with 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP authorizations including SAP Role design maintenance


  • Minimum 4 + years of experience in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori, SAP BI, and SAP JAVA/Portal - Authorization 


  • Minimum 2 + years of experience in SAP Audit


  • Good problem solving and analytical skills


  • Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers


Nice to Have:


  • Knowledge on Path lock Tool


  • Experience working with automated tools and utilities such as GRC is highly preferred.


  • Knowledge on SAP BTP


Responsibilities


  • Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape


  • Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules for role management.


  • Perform deep root cause analysis/traces and improvement at authorization level


  • Understanding of identifying, approaching and mitigating controls for SOD conflicts


  • Must have extensive experience in resolving SOD conflicts together with Business Departments


  • Assist with conducting IT self-audits, User access recertification review


  • Support of SAP security in different projects stages and upgrades


  • Understands critical access restrictions and audit compliance requirement for tables and reports


  • Fine Tuning – ability to analyze and fine tune existing authorizations.


  • Identify gaps in security administration processes and procedures areas for significant improvement, optimization, and automation


  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementation of the solution incl. unit testing and E2E responsibility until production


  • Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed requirements


  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customer on requirements and


delivery.
