The Axial Programme will be powered by S/4HANA a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which will be implemented right across the organisation and will provide our business with standardised processes, enhanced financial management, common data and real time reporting, transforming the way we work through our entire supply chain - from bench to patient.


The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily, is foundational to all AZ entities and is central to most core business processes.  This is a once in a generation programme for AstraZeneca and will shape our ways of working globally for many years to come.

Join Axial as a Community Manager to lead and grow our SAP Analytics Community. You'll foster collaboration, drive engagement, and create resources to connect users, share insights, and enhance SAP analytics adoption. With a focus on building a vibrant, innovative community, you'll play a key role in delivering business value through knowledge sharing and stakeholder collaboration across AstraZeneca.


We are seeking a Community Manager to lead and grow our SAP Analytics Community. This role is responsible for building an engaged, collaborative, and innovative community of SAP analytics users, ensuring that members can share knowledge, best practices, and insights effectively. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in community management, excellent communication skills; and a strong understanding of SAP analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)SAP Datasphere, and related platforms is desirable.


As the Community Manager, you will foster a culture of learning and collaboration, create valuable resources, and ensure the community becomes a key enabler for driving business value through SAP analytics. You will connect people from across AstraZeneca to each other, and connect them into the teams delivering the SAP analytics platform.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Community Building: Establish and nurture the SAP Analytics Community by driving engagement, encouraging collaboration, and creating a sense of belonging among members.


  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the exchange of best practices, use cases, and insights across the community to enhance SAP analytics adoption and maturity.


  • Content Creation: Develop and share resources such as guides, FAQs, webinars, newsletters, and case studies to support community members.


  • Event Management: Organize virtual and in-person events such as workshops, roundtables, and knowledge-sharing sessions.


  • Platform Management: Manage the community's digital platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and a central hub for discussions, resources, and announcements.


  • Advocacy: Act as the voice of the community, gathering feedback, identifying needs, and advocating for enhancements to SAP analytics tools and processes.


  • Onboarding and Support: Welcome new members, provide onboarding materials, and offer guidance on accessing and utilizing community resources effectively.


  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on community engagement, participation, and growth metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, business leaders, and SAP experts to align community efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
