Job Overview:


Provides high quality, on-time deliverables to client projects in the pharma and life sciences analytics/consulting field. Assignments would range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of complex solutions, designing analysis to unstructured Client problems. The job requires a mix of individual contribution and leading workstreams with the support of junior and at times cross-functional Teams based on project needs.


Essential Functions:


  • Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and in the development of proposals and client solutions
  • Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications
  • Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
  • Assists in the design/structure and completion of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
  • Develops, and may present, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies
  • Proactively develops good knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
  • Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or statistics preferred. Candidates with non-engineering/statistics background with rich experience in pharma analytics/consulting are also welcome to apply

Desired Experience & Skill Sets:


  • 1-6 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics and SFE (Segmentation and Targeting, Call Plan design, GTM, SF design, Commercial effectiveness, Omni-channel Optimization, Market Mix Optimization etc.). Analysis design experience is highly desirable
  • Must have expert level knowledge of SF Design, SF Sizing, FF Alignment and Call Plan design for US or EMEA markets – Approaches, associated, data, methodologies, best practices
  • Deep Knowledge and understanding of the business processes, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
  • Knowledge of consulting methods and pharma commercial excellence, can interpret analysis results and translate to Client actionable insights
  • Works effectively and willingly collaborates with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • High ownership, great attitude, good time management skills, succinct communication, knowing what good looks like
  • Demonstrated experience in SQL, R/Pyhton, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/PowerBI, analysis story-boarding and Client presentation skills
  • Good business knowledge of the broader SFE area
